A letter to our valued Members & Guests:
On behalf of Massage Heights Strongsville, I would like to say “thank you” for your support during our time of temporary closure. We are so excited to reopen on May 16th. While the past several weeks were not something any of us could have predicted, we are truly thankful to be able to reopen our doors and continue serving you.
Owning a Retreat in Strongsville over the last few years has been a life-changing experience. What started out as a mission to provide therapeutic services to our community, has transformed into creating lasting relationships, blossoming new friendships and learning your stories. These relationships and stories drive us to do more and learn more in this ever-changing industry so that we are consistently providing the best services. Our Retreat is more than just a place for you to relax, but it’s a place for you to heal, for you to let go of your worries and pain, and take time to focus on nurturing your body and soul.
The Massage Heights Team has missed seeing the cheerful faces of our guests every day. While we’ve been closed, we have focused on a Retreat Refresh. We have had our lobby and main hallway painted and have had new flooring installed in the hallway. We hope you like the new look. We hired Jennifer’s Professional Cleaning to do thorough cleaning and sanitizing. Our staff has been trained on safety, sanitization protocols and will follow the requirements mandated by our State Medical Board.
Our closure was also a time for our therapists to take a break, reflect and focus on healing themselves. While being away from their guests was hard, they are eager to get back to work and help you to feel better. Our commitment and devotion to your wellness is stronger than ever.
I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for placing your trust in us over the last 5 years. We remain committed and loyal to you. Our Massage and Skin Therapist, Lifestyle Consultants, Retreat Director, and us….are driven to elevate the lives of everyone who visits our Retreat!
