What measures are you taking to ensure safety and health for all?

There is no higher priority to our entire Massage Heights family than the safety and wellbeing of our members, guests and team members. In the current environment and situation with COVID-19. We want you to feel confident when you visit any Massage Heights Retreat. As a result, we have enhanced our disinfecting procedures. Some of the many processes that we will consistently follow across all locations are:

  • Frequent and thorough sanitation of all surfaces within the Retreat
  • Placement of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes in all treatment rooms
  • Sanitize and disinfect all items after each session, inclusive of products used, linens, head rests, chairs, tables, countertops, doorknobs and all operational items
  • All team members will constantly wash hands with warm soapy water for a minimum of 20 seconds after each interaction
  • Mop all floor surfaces with disinfectant solution routinely throughout each location

We have a high level of standards in cleanliness and operational excellence. We have and will continue to educate our team members on the symptoms of COVID-19 and how it spreads and have told all staff to stay home if feeling ill. We ask that in return, should you feel ill prior to any scheduled service, that you contact your local Retreat to reschedule for a later date.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

Our Team Members are available to answer any questions you may have and can support you with any scheduling needs. If you have an appointment that you would like to reschedule, or have questions about the status of an appointment, please call or email your local Retreat for assistance.

What happens to my membership?

While this can be a stressful time, we want you to feel reassured that your membership is safe and that you will not lose any service credits. One of the many benefits of being a member at Massage Heights is that your membership continues to accrue credits month over month and those credits will roll over if they are not used. Once your Retreat is open again, you will be able to book a session with any of those existing credits that you have on your membership. Some advantages of this include being able to book a longer session or adding any of our service enhancing elevations for no additional cost. Please ask your local Retreat for more information on utilizing your membership benefits or speak with a Lifestyle Consultant during your next visit.

During your break from visiting Massage Heights, we hope you will continue to elevate your mind, body and spirit, as well as that of those around you.
