A letter to our valued members and guests.
On behalf of Massage Heights Indianapolis, I would like to say thank you for being a loyal part of our Massage Heights family.
My first-ever massage session was at a Massage Heights Retreat in San Antonio and it is what lead me to open the first Massage Heights Retreat here in Indianapolis. From the second I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. My massage therapist listened to my wellness needs and truly customized my massage session to help relieve the pain I was feeling. In that moment I knew I wanted to bring Massage Heights to this community to help Hoosiers feel like part of a family centered around their wellness needs.
While we know that this is a hard time for everyone, and not something any of us could have predicted, please know that we remain loyal and committed to serving you and our community. While we are temporarily closed, we are taking all of the necessary measures needed to properly sanitize all rooms of the Retreat so that once we are able to open, our loyal team of Licensed Massage and Skin Therapists will be ready to help you continue your journey to wellness.
We have donated over $50,000 of complimentary services to the local community, offering pain relief and relaxation to organizations, including Make A Wish Foundation, and Community Health Network Foundation. We feel blessed to be able to give back to the city of Indianapolis and its neighboring communities.
I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for putting your trust in us over the last two and a half years and bringing us to where we are today. We remain committed and loyal to you. Our Massage and Skin Therapists, Lifestyle Consultants, Retreat Directors and myself…everybody is driven to elevate the lives of every guest who visits our Retreat. This commitment is stronger than ever during this time.
