A letter to our valued members and guests.

On behalf of Massage Heights Summit Fair I would like to say thank you for your support during our time of temporary closure – we’ve missed seeing you! While the past few months were not something any of us could have predicted, we are truly thankful to have re-opened our doors and continue serving you with new enhanced safety and sanitation protocols. You are in good hands!

Owning and operating the Massage Heights Retreat in Lees Summit over the last nine years has been a life changing experience. What started out as a mission to provide therapeutic services to our community, has transformed into creating lasting relationships, blossoming new friendships and learning your stories. These relationships and stories drive us to do more and learn more in this ever-changing industry so that we may consistently provide simply the best services. Our Retreat is more than just a place for you to relax, it’s a place for you to heal, for you to let go of your worries and pain, and to take time to focus on nurturing your body and soul.

While we’ve been closed, our team members shared stories of inspiration, supporting each other in little ways, through kind words of encouragement to exchanging information and resources to help each other live better lives. We have also shared laughter and tears with our members who have endured their own challenges and yet took a moment to ask about our team members during this difficult time.

Our closure was also a time for our massage therapists to take a break, reflect and focus on healing themselves. While being away from their guests was hard, they are eager to get back to work and help you lessen that tension you’ve probably been feeling! We are ready to start helping you live your best and feel your best. Our commitment and devotion to your wellness is stronger than ever and we can’t wait to see you!

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for putting your trust in us over the last nine years. We remain committed and loyal to you. Our Massage Therapists, Lifestyle Consultants, Retreat Directors and myself…everybody is driven to elevate the lives of everyone who visits our Retreat. Massage Heights uses natural, hypoallergenic Heights at Work Massage Lotions during your massage service and our Skin Therapists use Dermalogica® products during facials, which is the number one choice of skin care professionals worldwide. We also offer your choice of Aromatherapy with specially formulated essential oils to help you breathe, relax, and energize during your session.

You can look forward to receiving your massage or facial in a peaceful and comfortable environment. Our rooms are equipped with overhead music that can be customized to enhance your experience.

The key to achieving your goals during a session is communication. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you are in need of stress reduction or general relaxation or if there are specific areas that need extra attention. For example, stress reduction sessions or general relaxation sessions usually involve massaging all the major areas of the body, while a session for a localized tightness, pain, or injury will address a specific area of the body, such as legs and feet.
