What to Expect

Your Licensed Massage Therapist will work using a combination of massage and dry brushing throughout your session. Your therapist will work the brush in short or long, light brushes or in circular motions and will be working in a way that stimulates circulation aiding in promoting lymph flow/drainage.

The dry brush is made up of firm bristles, and you will be able to feel it on your skin, but it will not hurt. After each section of your body is brushed, your therapist will apply massage lotion.

Starting with your feet, the therapist will work their way up, always circulating blood flow towards the heart. Once your legs are done, they will move to your arms, brushing up, again towards the heart and incorporating massage at the same time. The back is worked in the same motion towards the heart promoting circulation. Once you have turned over your therapist will work on the neck and décolleté area, using softer movements as that area of skin is more delicate than the others.

After your session, you will notice a feeling of relaxation and also rejuvenation. Your skin will feel smooth and refreshed.
