A letter to our valued members and guests:

On behalf of Massage Heights Crocker Park I would like to say thank you for being a loyal part of our Massage Heights family.

6 1/2 years ago, in the year prior to becoming a Massage Heights Franchisee, I had become a believer in therapeutic massage. After months of living with the ache of a shoulder impingement, which caused severe restriction in my arm and shoulder movement, I finally went to an orthopedic doctor for diagnosis. After I left my first physical therapy session, I went to see a massage therapist and she did some light manipulation of my shoulder. Within a visit or two, I had my full range of movement back and the ache that kept me awake at night went away. When the opportunity to get involved with helping people feel and live better presented itself, I knew I wanted to be a part of that. That is why it’s so difficult for our team of gifted therapists to not be able to help our customers due to COVID-19 at this time – our passion is for helping others feel better. We are thinking of you all daily.

While we know that this is a hard time for everyone, and not something any of us could have predicted, please know that we remain loyal and committed to serving you and our community. While we are temporarily closed, we are taking all of the necessary measures needed to properly sanitize all rooms of the Retreat so that once we are able to open, our loyal team of Licensed Massage and Skin Therapists will be ready to help you continue your journey to wellness.

We sincerely appreciate our community health care professionals and first responders who are hard at work and risking your own wellness for the sake of others. Our team looks forward to continuing to serve many of you at our Retreat with special offers just as soon as we are allowed to return to work.

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for putting your trust in us over the last 5 years and bringing us to where we are today. We remain committed and loyal to you. Our Massage and Skin Therapists, Lifestyle Consultants, Retreat Directors and myself…all of us are driven to elevate the lives of everyone who visits our Retreat.
