A letter to our valued members and guests.

On behalf of Massage Heights College Metcalf Plaza, we would like to say thank you for being a loyal part of our Massage Heights family.

When Crystal and I opened our Retreat in 2014, we saw a way to bring affordable and convenient massages to the community, performed by professional therapists. Crystal became a therapist herself in 2002, and it was important to both of us to choose a brand that aligned with our values and goals, and this is why we chose Massage Heights. We also feel very grateful to be able to support such a great team of employees through our business.

While we know that this is a hard time for everyone, and not something any of us could have predicted, please know that we remain loyal and committed to serving you and our community. We are taking all of the necessary measures needed to properly sanitize all rooms of the Retreat and our loyal team of Licensed Massage Therapists are ready to help you continue your journey to wellness.

We have met many great people through the years in the community. They are our fantastic guests who visit us and whom we have gotten to know very well. Through many events and charities, we have been introduced to wonderful people who share the same passion we do in helping others through their businesses and non-for-profits. We know many other small business owners who frequent our Retreat, partner with us, and share our passion for providing a great guest and employee experience.

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for putting your trust in us over the last six years and bringing us to where we are today. We remain committed and loyal to you. Our Massage Therapists, Lifestyle Consultants, Retreat Directors and myself…everybody is driven to elevate the lives of everyone who visits our Retreat. This commitment is stronger than ever during this time.

We also offer your choice of Aromatherapy with specially formulated essential oils to help you breathe, relax, and energize during your session.

You can look forward to receiving your massage or facial in a peaceful and comfortable environment. Our rooms are equipped with overhead music that can be customized to enhance your experience.

The key to achieving your goals during a session is communication. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you are in need of stress reduction or general relaxation or if there are specific areas that need extra attention. For example, stress reduction sessions or general relaxation sessions usually involve massaging all the major areas of the body, while a session for a localized tightness, pain, or injury will address a specific area of the body, such as legs and feet.
