Baker & Jares: First local store of massage chain opens in Keller

The first of several planned locations of Massage Heights, a therapeutic massage clinic, has opened at 1961 Main St., Suite 300, in Keller.

"Massage Heights brings all the comforts and benefits of a Tuscan spa to the Keller customers without an excessive cost," Angela Dillen, the franchise owner, said in a statement. "Those who sign up for the membership program are able to routinely receive a variety of massages and services at a reasonable price."

Massage Heights is a San Antonio-based franchise company that offers a multi-tiered membership program. Monthly fees start at $49.99, which includes a monthly one-hour massage. Each additional one-hour massage is $39.99. Clients can also purchase a series of different "Heights at Home" products offered at each location, the retailer said.

Massage Heights was founded in 2004 by husband and wife Wayne and Shane Evans. Several more locations are planned for the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
